feat: Set up model to extendended graph structure generation and dummy auto-layout #59

Summary

Set up and extended sdk graph generation capabilities by supporting node position, node size and edge waypoints.

Goals

• Setup sdk graph generation.
• Add positioning, node size and edge waypoints support to the graph.

Non-Goals

• React flow nodes and edges generation.
• Render diagram based on the graph.

Description

1- Add build graph to the existing sdk wrapper

• Add bulildGraph method exposed by the sdk to workflowSdk wrapper

2- Create extended graph structure

• Create extended graph type and extra types to represent nodes, edges and their relationships and also support positioning, size and edge waypoints .
• Add API to consume buildGraph from the sdk wrapper and parse it to the extended graph type.

3- Create dummy auto-layout

• Create auto-layout package under src/core and expose a dummy "applyAutoLayout" method.
• The "applyAutoLayout" shall add {x = 0, y = y + 100} coordinates to the nodes in the graph object so later nodes won't be generated on top of the other.

Testing

• Add at least one unit test for:

  * Graph generation
  * Dummy auto-layout
