💡 What: Added a semantic check to render error status indicators in the TUI footer with a red bullet instead of falling back to a default "success" color.
🎯 Why: Previously, when an error state occurred (e.g., displaying an error message prefixed with [!] or containing the word 'error'), the status dot would render with a default styling that could confuse users. This change makes error states immediately and visually clear.
♿ Accessibility: By enforcing semantic colors (red for errors), the application's feedback system is more intuitive and avoids presenting conflicting signals.

Additionally logged a learning note to .Jules/palette.md summarizing this insight.
