💡 What: Optimized the _safe_truncate method in src/ui/tui.py to use the built-in len(text) instead of instantiating a rich.text.Text object exclusively to check the string length.

🎯 Why: Creating Rich Text objects is comparatively expensive. Calling it inside a high-frequency rendering loop (where _safe_truncate is invoked multiple times for every visible song row to format titles, artists, and genres) created an unnecessary bottleneck. The built-in len() serves the exact same purpose here since the strings are already cast and unstyled.

📊 Impact: Reduces object instantiation overhead per TUI render cycle, specifically scaling with the number of visible rows. This keeps the application responsive as memory footprints stay lower during frequent updates (e.g., rapid scrolling).

🔬 Measurement: Execute python -m src.main and populate multiple songs. Rapidly navigating (scrolling up/down) will maintain higher responsiveness with lower CPU utilization due to the skipped allocations.
