Ensure notifications are instant (as receiver)

Thanks for the awesome project! It's really cool use of tech.

I'm wondering though how I can ensure my phone will receive the notifications. I have seen it happen that when my phone has not been opened for a while, that then I don't receive the notification.

Would you have any tips to ensure we'd always be alarmed without delay (in my case for Android, maybe the same thing holds for iPhones)?

This is the case when it is on battery saver... wish there was a way to go through that

Unfortunately I don't think the Web Push API exposes the functionality for this.
