[BUG] File integrity reports warning for teampass_background_tasks.lock

Steps to reproduce

1. Log in as Administrator
2. Go to Monitoring -> System Health -> File integrity
3. Run file integrity scan

Expected behaviour

Status needs to be OK

Actual behaviour

Status is with warning about File and directory permissions for storage/logs/teampass_background_tasks.lock.

This file appears only when you perform scan and this will generate warning everytime.

Hi @reginfo, thanks for reporting this!

I had already noticed this behavior and had it on my TODO list.

This is a permissions warning, not a file integrity/hash mismatch. The background task handler creates this lock file to prevent concurrent executions. Depending on the server’s umask, it is created with permissions 0644, while our permissions check expects 0640 or stricter.

Since the scan runs as a background task, it sees this lock while it exists. The handler deletes it afterward, so manually correcting its permissions does not prevent the warning from returning.

I’ll submit a corrective PR to ensure this file and the related runtime locks are created with appropriate permissions.
