Teams workflow improvements in Talk

As part of the work we're doing to overhaul teamwork across Nextcloud, we need the possibility to have team-bound talk conversations.

By team-bound I mean:

• No participant's list as it currently works
• Only team members are the participants, and they're always a part of a conversation
• If someone needs to be added or removed, the team itself needs to be modified
• Team roles map onto permissions in Talk

Hi @marcoambrosini I like your team-bound talk conversations idea. I added it to our Teams Planning Board. Do we need a subtask "allow Talk to be added as a ressource and owned by a team" as a first develoment step before we go on with step 2 "Talk conversations within a team should always be team-bound"?

Hi @LieSoo, not yet because I still don't know what would be the best way to integrate it there, or if we should integrate it at all for now. I think we need a few more discussions for that, including with the Talk team
