Pluggable Esbuild Java using Deno (Started by @edewit)

This PR introduces several enhancements to streamline plugin development and improve dev mode behavior:

• Automatic architecture resolution for both Maven and Gradle builds, removing the need for manual configuration.
• Plugin binaries (e.g., Deno) are now resolved via mvnpm as standard dependencies, simplifying setup and improving consistency.
• EsBuild watch mode removed — replaced with manual rebuilds (triggered via Quarkus dev mode watcher context), offering better control and integration with the dev lifecycle.
• Introduce plugin support for EsBuild as Maven modules
• Add arch based Gradle tests
