Fixes #330

Two startup races that make the device receive settings: {} after a Home Assistant or app restart:

  • assist_satellite.py: don't wipe device.custom_settings in __init__ if select/number entities have already restored their values into it.
  • select.py: restore the saved wake word even if the options list (which depends on the engine and device.info) isn't populated yet; skip only unknown/unavailable.

Tested on 0.13.3 since 2026-09-25 (Samsung A13, LineageOS 23.2, HA 2026.9.3): after HA restart and after app force-stop the device receives the full settings set, wake word and wake sound intact.

Thanks for this but taken a different strategy by amending the way it is handled in the apk.
