🔍 Stale [Unreleased] section remains below the released entries
The changelog now lists 0.1.15 and 0.1.14 above a still-present ## [Unreleased] section (CHANGELOG.md:39-42), whose chore entry ("Reconcile tracker state with the authority-centered refactor merged in #295") appears to have already shipped in 0.1.14. Since git-cliff regenerates the top of this file, this orphaned block will keep drifting downward through future releases and misrepresent unreleased work. Worth cleaning up in the git-cliff template or the source file.
