Add importer for standardized trait data

Data in standard trait data format (https://github.com/EcologicalTraitData/traitdataform) should be easy to import in Fennec. All relevant information needs to be preserved. Also the included datasets, e.g. the amphibio dataset can be imported in the public instance and used for documentation.
