Summary
Adds a CI link checker for example prose links. The checker only scans literate comment lines, fans out external checks with Modal when credentials are available, and falls back to local parallel checks otherwise.
Existing broken links are captured in a baseline so PRs only fail for newly introduced broken targets or known broken targets copied into new files. Modal app endpoint URLs are skipped because they may not expose a browser GET route.
Also fixes one malformed Modal docs link in
misc/falcon_bitsandbytes.py.
