Adds a free, browser-based tool that detects WebGPU and WebGL 2 support and reports the adapter, limits, and features, with a live render test. It fits the Browser support section as the interactive complement to the implementation-status wiki and the caniuse link. Runs entirely client-side, nothing is uploaded.
