Motivation

CI's Tests job runs pnpm typecheck:tests after Vitest, but AGENTS.md didn't mention it. Vitest strips types without checking them, so agents pushed test files with type errors that only CI caught.

This documents pnpm typecheck:tests in the Testing commands, and adds one line: before pushing, run pnpm lint, pnpm typecheck:tests and the tests of the changed code, as CI does.
