MUI: adapt to device-ui storage (FATFS) and SD bus classes for SD card - #12249

Walkthrough
The shared device-ui configuration now provides the exFAT build script, and TFT environments inherit that configuration. Runtime changes adjust SD-card initialization and register the indicator remote filesystem through RemoteStorage.
The shared device-ui dependency revision changes. The exFAT script is configured to run before and after builds. Script comments describe device-ui registration and chip selection.
TFT environments inherit device-ui dependencies or extra scripts alongside their board-specific settings.
SD-card setup and remote storage src/FSCommon.cpp, src/graphics/tftSetup.cpp
SD-card initialization excludes builds with USE_PICO_SDK. The indicator remote filesystem is registered through RemoteStorage instead of RemoteSDService.
meshtastic/firmware#11905: Adds the earlier ThinkNode M9 device-ui dependency and explicit exFAT scripts that this PR moves to shared configuration.
meshtastic/firmware#12223: Updates the ThinkNode M9 environment to use the shared device-ui dependency contract also changed here.
Suggested reviewers:thebentern, caveman99
Merge Risk: Moderate · up to 82cd5
TFT builds can mount the same SD card twice, and IDE metadata generation can leave shared FatFs headers modified. These issues should be fixed before merging.

Skip side effects during PlatformIO integration dumps.
PlatformIO re-executes extra scripts during its integration-dump service stage. This script patches shared framework headers before it registers restoration on checkprogsize. An IDE metadata request can therefore leave framework-espidf patched for a later non-device-ui build, causing a header and libfatfs.a layout mismatch. Add the guard immediately after Import("env"). Review comment at @extra_scripts/esp32_fatfs_exfat.py at line 6:
Add an integration-dump guard immediately after Import("env") in the extra
script, returning before any framework-header patching or other side effects
when env.IsIntegrationDump() is true; preserve the existing behavior for normal
PlatformIO builds.

- Line 142: Update the device-ui archive pin in platformio.ini to a commit on
master that includes the required changes, rather than the head commit of the
still-open PR; keep the pin aligned with the merged dependency.
Review comments at @src/FSCommon.cpp:
- Line 427: Update the preprocessor guard around setupSDCard’s legacy SD.begin
mount to exclude builds using device-ui SD storage, without using USE_PICO_SDK
as the proxy. Keep the HAS_SDCARD requirement so device-ui targets without
HAS_SDCARD remain unaffected.

falls back to esp32. Preserve the existing chip_variant normalization and
build.mcu behavior when configured.

a5b80d4 is the current device-ui master head and already contains the
storage refactor (device-ui #446) this PR adapts to, so this PR now
supersedes the Renovate bump in #12058.
Re-wrap the chip lookup in esp32_fatfs_exfat.py as black expects, which
was failing Trunk Check.

This PR replaces SdFat lib by universal esp-idf FATFS lib that works for all esp32 SD cards.
