feat: chat history and async message log writing - #452
The change adds asynchronous message persistence and delivery-status handling, with shutdown preparation forwarded through the GUI and controller. It also adds paged chat history with saved scroll and focus positions, and updates response tracking and log-record validation.
Changes: Message Persistence and Chat History
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Asynchronous log and record handling include/util/AsyncMessageLog.h, source/util/AsyncMessageLog.cpp, include/util/LogMessage.h, include/util/LogRotate.h, source/util/LogRotate.cpp, tests/test_AsyncMessageLog.cpp
AsyncMessageLog queues writes, status changes, removals, and shutdown draining. Record deserialization validates header and payload reads. LogRotate handles failed writes and rotation. Tests cover message order, status, timeouts, shutdown, deletion, and failed writes.
Controller status and shutdown integration include/graphics/DeviceGUI.h, include/graphics/DeviceScreen.h, source/graphics/DeviceScreen.cpp, include/graphics/common/MeshtasticView.h, source/graphics/common/MeshtasticView.cpp, include/graphics/common/ResponseHandler.h, source/graphics/common/ResponseHandler.cpp, include/graphics/common/ViewController.h, source/graphics/common/ViewController.cpp
Shutdown preparation forwards through the GUI and controller. The controller persists incoming and outgoing messages and forwards delivery statuses. Response requests retain packet IDs, and timeout checks use elapsed time.
Paged chat history and rendering include/graphics/common/ChatHistory.h, include/graphics/view/TFT/TFTView_320x240.h, source/graphics/TFT/TFTView_320x240.cpp, tests/test_ChatHistory.cpp
ChatHistory stores entries in a bounded visible window with paging. The TFT view renders and restores chat windows, updates bubble statuses, and handles scroll and focus events. Tests cover paging boundaries and status updates.
meshtastic/device-ui#449: This PR replaces the deferred chat-log writer and extends the initial chat history with paging, saved positions, and persisted delivery status.
After a failed or aborted sleep, new messages may stop being saved until reboot. A delivery ACK that arrives late can show as acknowledged on screen while the saved history says no response. Both issues should be fixed before merge unless the risk is explicitly accepted.

Keep request expiry aligned with log expiry.
AsyncMessageLog receives the same 60-second timeout as ResponseHandler, but the expiry events are not aligned. The log worker checks every 10 ms. requests.task_handler() runs only in the 20-second heartbeat path and can be skipped while the device is powersaving.
If an ACK arrives after the log worker writes eNoResponse but before requests.task_handler() removes the request, ResponseHandler accepts it and the UI shows eAcked. AsyncMessageLog::setStatus() cannot update the persisted record because the worker already removed it from pending.
Run request expiry independently at a cadence that prevents this gap, or support status updates for records already written as eNoResponse.

Review comment at @source/graphics/common/MeshtasticView.cpp at line 37:
Run requests.task_handler() independently of the 20-second heartbeat and
powersaving skips, at a cadence that expires requests no later than
AsyncMessageLog finalizes them as eNoResponse, so late ACKs cannot change the UI
after the persisted record is closed.
