I am the one working with IoTThinks on this. I can confirm that the OLED variant of the V4 Expansion Kit I own now works correctly with both the OLED display and the I2C sensors detected. |

This PR is to add support for Expansion Kit to Heltec V4 OLED repeaters.

This KIT uses I2C GPIOs 17/28 for OLED but uses I2C GPIOs 4,3 for sensors.
Tested working by a friend here.
