docs: refresh MiniMax setup parameters

Reason: Refresh the MiniMax model references and setup parameters in the bilingual Day 2 tutorial.

Changes:

• Update the tutorial's MiniMax model references from M2.1 to MiniMax-M3 and MiniMax-M2.7.
• Document the current context limits, input capabilities, thinking modes, pricing, and global/China API endpoints in English and Chinese.
• Refresh the MiniMax resource description.
