Adds tools/cli_switcher.py to allow direct channel switching via OS shortcuts without background daemons.

  • Implements zero-touch provisioning (auto-runs probe if settings are missing).
  • Adds --quiet mode for silent execution.
  • Includes ready-to-use shortcut scripts for Windows/Linux/macOS and comprehensive documentation.

Adds `tools/cli_switcher.py` to allow direct channel switching via OS shortcuts without background daemons.

- Implements zero-touch provisioning (auto-runs probe if settings are missing).
- Adds `--quiet` mode for silent execution.
- Includes ready-to-use shortcut scripts for Windows/Linux/macOS and comprehensive documentation.
Create new hid_protocol.py to centralize all HID communication logic,
eliminating ~333 lines of duplicated code across flow.py, cli_switcher.py,
and probe_devices.py.

Enhancements:
- New hid_protocol.py: HID functions, protocol constants, device operations
- Enhanced utils.py: platform detection helpers, generic binary resolver
- Refactored flow.py, cli_switcher.py, probe_devices.py, uniclip.py

Benefits: centralized protocol logic, improved maintainability, replaced
magic numbers with constants. No functional changes
