docs: Document token category prefixes in Email builder

Added "Inserting tokens" section documenting the new token category prefixes introduced in PR #15855. The PR refactored TokenPlugin.js and added TokenSorter.php to group tokens by category (Contact, Company, Owner, Page, DWC, Focus, Asset, Email) with descriptive prefixes in the CKEditor dropdown.

@adiati98 Done — rebased onto 7.2 and retargeted this PR's base branch accordingly.

The 7.2 branch had substantially rewritten the Tokens section (new "Tokenized From addresses" and "Sender resolution hierarchy" subsections), so the branch was rebuilt on top of 7.2 with only the intended content re-applied: the new "Inserting tokens" section now follows the "Sender resolution hierarchy" content in docs/channels/emails.rst. The net diff against 7.2 is the intended change. Example token labels were also switched from straight quotes to RST inline code (e.g. Contact: First Name) to satisfy Vale. The PR is now mergeable against 7.2.

Thanks for the review, @adiati98 — I've pushed updates addressing all four points:

1. Suggested intro block — Applied your suggested wording for the intro sentence and wrapped the "Inserting tokens" section body in .. vale off / .. vale on so the literal UI text isn't flagged.
2. No parentheses — Rewrote the Owner bullet to drop the parenthetical: "Fields from the Mautic User assigned to the Contact as its owner."
3. DWC in accept list — Added DWC to .github/styles/config/vocabularies/Mautic/accept.txt.
4. Mautic.FeatureList warning — Resolved; the vocabulary addition plus the vale off/on wrapping clear the category → Category finding on the edited lines.

Vale now reports no findings on the edited section. Ready for another look when you have a moment.
