Adds documentation for the Quick Filters dropdown feature from mautic/mautic PR #16205: a new dropdown next to the date range filter that provides preset date ranges (Today, Yesterday, Last 7/30/90 days) for quick filtering.

Added Quick Filters section documenting the new dropdown feature from PR #16205 which adds preset date ranges (Today, Yesterday, Last 7/30/90 days) next to the date range filter.

Set the heading and inline label to "Quick filters" (sentence case) to match the actual product UI string. The dropdown renders mautic.core.quick_filters, whose en_US value is "Quick filters", and the preset options (mautic.report.date.*) are Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days in reports.rst.

- Move Quick filters section after Report options, before Exporting Reports - Change header to h2 to match sibling sections - Apply reviewer's suggested intro text (remove 'will') - Fix alt text: drop 'Screenshot of', add trailing period

Documents the Quick filters dropdown from mautic/mautic PR #16205: a dropdown next to the Reports date range filter offering preset ranges (Today, Yesterday, Last 7/30/90 days). Rebased onto 7.2 so the diff contains only the additive Quick filters section, independent of the #16204 relocation work (docs PR #753). Heading and inline label corrected to "Quick filters" to match the product UI string (mautic.core.quick_filters).
