Creates a fake mouse that receives input from a shared memory structure. Useful for passing through computer vision app outputs to GIMX.
Only supported xy axis (no buttons).
Only supports physical devices (not X events)
Only supported on linux.
Test app can be used to trigger x and y axis in configurator
