Why

data.gouv republished deces-2026-m09.txt on 2026-10-16 (06:13 UTC). Its sha1 e9fc797b793322d8c45cec91697196df39f91e68 is byte-identical to the file converted from the INSEE release by #111 and already stored as deces-2026-m09.txt.gz. The previous resource served the September 2025 file (sha1 8eb03b35…).

What

Removes the m09 entry from packages/deces-dataprep/insee-overrides.list. The override mechanism stays in place for future incidents.

Safety

  • datagouv-get-files skips data.gouv files whose name is already in storage, so the republished file is neither re-downloaded nor re-ingested. Even if it were, the content is identical.
  • The list is outside tagfiles.version, so DATAPREP_VERSION does not change.
  • With no entry left, datagouv-insee-overrides is a no-op (bash without pipefail: the empty grep | while exits 0; make -n exits 0).
  • Prod unchanged: lastDataset 2026-m09, 29 248 633 records.

data.gouv republished deces-2026-m09.txt on 2026-10-16 with the right
content: its sha1 (e9fc797b) matches the file converted from the INSEE
release and already in storage. The sync skips names already in storage,
so nothing is re-downloaded or re-ingested.
