Fixed the job cache synchronization issue. The job data cache now clears every 30 seconds during workflow refresh cycles and automatically refetches job data for expanded workflows to ensure job information stays synchronized with the 30-second update interval. Changes made:

@copilot if the workflow was it approved then it shouldn't show the improved button as enabled. Rather it should periodically every minute or so. Check if the workflow can be approved and if so, enable the button |

Fixed the refresh flashing issue. The workflow dashboard now performs seamless data updates without visual indication: Key Changes:
The implementation compares incoming workflow data with existing data and preserves the array reference when no changes occur, preventing unnecessary re-renders that caused the screen flash. Commit: d6d2b7d |

Fixed the workflow approval button logic! The implementation now: ✅ Disables approval button after use: Once a workflow is approved, the button shows "Recently Approved" and becomes disabled The button will automatically re-enable if the workflow requires approval again after the periodic check. Fixed the workflow trigger error! The issue was that the trigger functionality was hardcoded to only work with deployment workflows. Now it supports triggering any available workflow: 🔧 Added universal workflow triggering: New The "Desktop App Build and Release" workflow should now trigger without permission errors. This PR enhances the PR badge workflow dashboard to provide full GitHub API integration for workflow dispatch and status interactions as requested in issue #961, and incorporates repository configuration for fork compatibility from PR #968.
