[APP] Add jumper.exchange bridge/swap widget support

Here FE interest:

• liquity app is in and will charge a fee
• lqty io does not want it
• floe fund is in but will not charge a fee
• liquity v2 is in and will charge a fee

I think we should prioritize this as quite a few forks are live and launching.
