The first RC package job failed when both Windows signing hooks wrote the Microsoft Artifact Signing metadata file at the same time. Set release build parallelism to one so each hook finishes before the next build starts. Normal CI jobs still run in parallel.
GoReleaser configuration checks, workflow lint, and all 36 release/installer tests pass locally. A new RC release must verify live Windows signing and Apple notarization; rerunning the old tag will use the old workflow.
