Grouped dependency bump, both CI-only GitHub Actions.
- actions/checkout: 6 → 7 (major). Only breaking change is blocking fork-PR checkout on
pull_request_target/workflow_runtriggers; none of the four modified workflows (build_deb.yml,prerelease.yml,release_ppa.yml,test.yml) use those triggers. Not applicable. - actions/cache: 5 → 6.1.0 (major). v6.0.0 is an internal ESM migration with no
with:interface change; v6.1.0 adds read-only cache handling (bug fix, not breaking). - Dependency type: CI/build tooling only (github-actions ecosystem), no production runtime impact.
