docs(skill): let the agent run the app, and fix two CLI claims - #142

Connecting only told the agent to ask for the VM service URI. An agent can also start `flutter run` itself and read the URI from its output, and the skill now says how. Two statements about the CLI did not match the code. `--session` names the directory of one invocation; every invocation still gets its own directory, so it never joins a multi-step run into one. And the app's custom extensions have no CLI command, so the capability table does not map onto the CLI one-for-one. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
