Adds a `design` plugin shipping `deslopify`, art direction against the generic AI look for landing pages, UI mockups, Figma frames and copy, plus the `design-usage` routing skill. The skill separates universal rules (one system, brand palette, consistent type and badges, no near-duplicate tokens, responsive, accessibility, states, plain copy in English and Polish) from a default Swiss/editorial direction used only when a project has none.
