These are the materials presented at Assessment Institute 2024 in Indianapolis, IN for the "R for Assessment Professionals" session.
Files of interest:

• "Slides.pdf" is a PDF rendering of the slides
• "survey1.csv", "survey2.csv", and "survey3.csv" are all simulated data to allow you to run the demo code
• "Demo.R" is a script file that contains some code we ran at the end of the session
