Align the seven self-host monitoring integration guides with the unified ops tracing implementation at Dify 0fe1b06d1ea096bde2bba619a4cc1973bea9cdd2. Replace obsolete field inventories with current provider configuration, endpoint requirements, saved-credential behavior, Agent capture scope and inheritance, trace delivery guidance, and troubleshooting. Update the English, Chinese, and Japanese versions together.
