PSP has a table with disease information for individual sites.
The following columns exist in this file:
DISEASE, ALTERATION, GENE, PROTEIN, ACC_ID, GENE_ID, MW_kD, ORGANISM, SITE_GRP_ID, MOD_RSD, DOMAIN, SITE_+/-7_AA, PMIDs, LT_LIT, MS_LIT, MS_CST, CST_CAT#, NOTES
Would be nice to have an annotator that maps columns DISEASE, ALTERATION, NOTES.
I can provide you with an example table (if you need one).
