Adds 5 vitest tests for src/components/ComingSoonCTA.tsx (baseline 0%).

Covers:

• renders section without throwing
• all 15 next-intl keys under comingSoonPage.cta.* are looked up
• NextLink to /docs renders for the Documentation card
• IntlLinks render for /quick-installation, /contribute-handbook, /ladder, /programs, /partners
• community external GitHub link has target=_blank + rel=noopener noreferrer
