• Or, if the intent is to lock in current coverage as the floor, pkg/api/gpuworker 46.9.

Either value clears the strict completeness gate on the next push. This is a one-line data edit under .github/ (not under .github/workflows/), so any contributor or the architect/quality lane can PR it.

Notes
