… a clone A clone from a data_replicas=1, erasure_code=0 directory into one with data_replicas=2, erasure_code=1 leaves the shared data at durability 1 (reflink_raise_at_clone, fails on testing). Propagating the destination's options raises it to 2 and erasure codes it, keeping both files intact and the promoted copy (reflink_raise_by_propagate, passes on testing).

For koverstreet/bcachefs-tools#927. reflink_raise_by_propagate passes on testing (the machinery works); reflink_raise_at_clone fails until a clone raises shared data's durability.
