Reproducer for koverstreet/bcachefs-tools#1092. Expected to fail until fixed.

…ld stripe is gone (tools#1092)

logged_op_fail_next=stripe_update stops a reuse between its carried and
new blocks, and takes the filesystem emergency read-only as a crash
there would. The test truncates and rewrites a file in a full
filesystem until the shutdown leaves a reuse whose old stripe is empty,
whose map carries an old block whose index is also one of the new
blocks', and whose new blocks still have extents to re-key. It deletes
that old stripe and mounts: the resumed update must not move any
extent, and the file must read back.

Needs the kernel change that lets logged_op_fail_next interrupt a stripe
update; without it the knob never fires and the test says so.
