Adds INKRUSH as a new extension with English and Indonesian sources. Heads up, like I said in the issue: the site is an aggregator, and its backend pulls from Suwayomi/Keiyoushi sources, so a lot of what it serves also exists in other extensions here (Asura Scans, Webtoon, etc.). Feel free to close it if that's a no-go.

How it works:

• Everything comes from one JSON API (/api/library?action=...). Popular/latest/search use catalog with the site's category (trending/latest/new/popular) and type (manga/manhwa/manhua/other) params, and language picks en or id.
• Details and chapters come from a single detail request.
• Each chapter on the site has releases from a bunch of upstream groups (Overgeared alone is 358 chapters x ~8 releases). Instead of listing all of them, the extension does one chapter per chapter number and lets pages pick the release, same as the web reader.
• Covers and pages go through the site's own /api/proxy/image, no special headers needed.
• Deeplinks work for /comics/{id}/{slug}, and pasting #title/... or #read/... links into search works too.

Known limitations (site-side, not bugs):

• The same series can show up more than once under different IDs (e.g. a few "Overgeared" entries) because the site pulls from several upstreams. The web UI merges them client-side with fuzzy title matching, I didn't copy that.
• Catalog pages overlap a lot, but Mihon already dedupes by URL across pages, so it's fine in browse.
• Status is often empty or "UNKNOWN" from the API, so a lot of series show as Unknown.

Tested on device (Mihon): popular, latest, search, type filter, details, chapter list, reader and deeplinks (en + id).
