Summary

Normal merge of the fully audited feature lineage into main (no rebase, no force).

Included (20 validated commits)

  • Leveling/scanline Gwyddion parity family (facet tilt, line correction, scars, step block, align rows, neighborhood filters, derivative filters)
  • Capability ledger + operation registry infrastructure
  • FS-F1 force foundation; FS-F2 contact mechanics; FS-F3 time-domain viscoelasticity; FS-F4 single-molecule force spectroscopy
  • JPK ForceScan 2.0 real-data reader bridge (lcd-info indirection; 10/10 external CC0 PAAm files load)
  • FS-R1C acquisition-order path work (new public operation + diagnostics; NUMERICALLY_VERIFIED)
  • Final capability count: 74 (main currently has no ledger file; all 74 are added by this PR)

Validation

  • Full suite on integration branch: 2506 collected, 0 failures, 0 errors, 31 skipped (23-warning baseline)
  • Focused force/JPK/registry suite: 253 passed, 2 skipped
  • Ruff/mypy/compileall/diff-check clean (one pre-existing E501 in a validation fixture generator, identical on the audited feature branch, not modified)
  • Real-data witnesses (external): JPK ten-file campaign green; path-work campaign deterministic

Non-claims

  • Real-data execution is an execution witness, not physical validation; no modulus/energy-per-area claims; no time-axis reconstruction.
