Add AnyTLS subscription support

Summary

• support local hysteria2/hy2/anytls share links during subscription conversion
• include subscription User-Agent in cache identity so UA-dependent node lists do not reuse stale cache
• use a Clash Verge UA by default to receive AnyTLS nodes from providers that vary responses by UA
• load shell aliases in Zsh so clashon updates the current shell proxy variables
