Summary

  • The Android Maestro screenshot showed a blank map. The flow took it as soon as "Updated…" appeared, before Google Maps had drawn its tiles and markers
  • BusMapView.android.kt now shows a 1dp "Map loaded" accessibility node next to the map once onMapLoaded fires. It sits beside the map rather than on it because the native map view reports its own description ("Google Map"), which hides one set on the Compose modifier. The map is now wrapped in a Box, so git diff -w gives a readable view of the change
  • The flow waits for "Map loaded" (Android only, because the iOS map has no such marker), then for the camera to settle, before takeScreenshot

Test plan

  • Local Maestro run on Android (Pixel 9a, API 37): the screenshot shows tiles, route, stops and the bus
  • Local Maestro run on iOS (iPhone 17 Pro): passes; the Android-only step is skipped
  • Android / iOS CI green, and the uploaded Android screenshot shows the map

The flow took its screenshot as soon as the screen's text was up, before
the map had drawn its tiles and markers, so the Android shot was a blank
map. Expose the Maps SDK's onMapLoaded as a "Map loaded" accessibility
node (beside the map: the native map view reports its own description) and
wait for it, then for the camera to settle.
