Summary

Upgrades the optional utoipa dependency to 6.0 so downstream crates on utoipa 6 get impl utoipa::ToSchema for Positive (today they fail with "positive::Positive: utoipa::ToSchema is not satisfied"), and releases this as v0.7.0: utoipa is a public optional dependency, so its major change is breaking in 0.x.

cargo update also refreshed transitive deps (utoipa-gen 6.0.1, wasip2, wit-bindgen). No pre-releases.

Code changes

• No source changes needed: #[derive(utoipa::ToSchema)] on Positive compiles unchanged against utoipa 6.
• MSRV raised 1.85 -> 1.88 (rust-version and the CI msrv job), because utoipa 6 requires 1.88 and the MSRV job checks --all-features.
• New tests/utoipa_schema.rs (feature gated): checks the schema name, that the schema is a decimal string, and that Positive composes into a derived schema via $ref.
• No new Rust 1.99 deprecation warnings in this crate.
• Coverage CI: cargo-tarpaulin 0.37.0 -> 0.37.5 (0.37.0 cannot parse Rust 1.99 profraw files: consistency check for reading counts failed), and --timeout 0 -> --timeout 600 in the workflow and Makefile (0.37.5 treats 0 as a zero second timeout).

Version bump

• 0.6.1 -> 0.7.0 in Cargo.toml; README and lib docs install snippets updated to "0.7"; CHANGELOG entry for 0.7.0.

Gate

• make pre-push: exit 0, zero warnings, zero errors (Rust 1.99.0).
• CI: all checks green.
• cargo +1.88 check --lib --all-features and --no-default-features: OK.
