This PR follows #370 and updates the GCOV and GSLC writers to geocode the
inputDataExceptionMask(UInt16) dataset. The writers are also updated to copy the HDF5 attributesmaskValidPixelFraction{pol}(renamed torslcValidPixelFraction{pol}) andrawValidPulseFraction{pol}from the input data exception mask.
