Fiji Scripts provided by the IMCF

This repository contains various tools and scripts for Fiji provided by the Imaging Core Facility (IMCF) of the Biozentrum, University of Basel, Switzerland.

Installation

Simply enable the IMCF Uni Basel update site in Fiji (see following an update site for instructions). For manual installation just place the JAR file in the Fiji.app/jars/ directory and restart Fiji.
