This PR adds the initial Brazilian Portuguese translation folder for the Agents Course.
It includes:
units/pt-BR/_toctree.ymlpt-BRadded to documentation build workflowsFollowing the maintainer suggestion, this PR starts with Unit 0 so the translation can be reviewed incrementally.
Closes #564
