feat: rebrand studio to Hanzo dark monochrome with red accent#1

Replace electric yellow (#f0ff41) and sapphire blue (#172dd7) brand colors with Hanzo red (#fd4444) and dark gray. Azure blues replaced with red/gray monochrome. Jade greens replaced with muted grays. All downstream var() references cascade automatically.
The package was referenced via catalog: but never published to npm, causing pnpm install to fail. Created it as a workspace package under packages/electron-types/ with all type definitions used by src/ and apps/desktop-ui/. Changed dependency specifiers from catalog: to workspace:*.
