Removes the ethiopia-staging entry from the list of <instance-121> environments in index.html, aligning the status page’s instance registry with the intent of decommissioning the Ethiopia staging slot.
Changes:
- Deleted the “Client-specific test/staging” block for
ethiopia-staging(including its Azure Portal/App Service links). - Kept surrounding instance definitions intact; no other references to
ethiopia-stagingremain in the repo.
