Move Ricoh's GPS data validity checks into FurbleGPS. Extract NMEA -> epoch conversion into Camera::toUnixTime().
Add support for Panasonix LUMIX cameras based on HCI traces for S5II and BGH1. The protocol was cross-references against two other projects to improve confidence in implementation. Based on trace data, shutter, focus and GPS should function. However, lack of hardware means this is wholly untested. Assisted-by: pi:glm-5.2
