chore: remove the outdated Copilot custom agents (#33) - #59

Both personas predate AGENTS.md, the single source of agent guidance (CLAUDE.md and .github/copilot-instructions.md are symlinks to it): typescript-mcp-expert pinned model GPT-4.1 and gave generic HTTP-transport advice that doesn't apply to this stdio server; github-actions-expert carried a tool allow-list for unrelated servers. Maintainer chose removal.

Removes the two GitHub Copilot custom agents in
