Replaces #330, rebuilt once off the current
giantswarm(the ruleset's strict base; the line is rebase-merged, so a fresh branch instead of a merged base).Problem
Three fork-only commits on top of the pin —
ci(fork): open the sync's pull requests in this repository, not the parent,ci(fork): mirror as the App and cancel the runs upstream's files start,chore: declare Renovate off on the fork line— have no row in the carried ledger (#326 lists them as unrecorded).Proposed solution
