Problem
test-e2e (gvisor) failed on TestRuntimeRevisionLifecycle/claude in run https://github.com/giantswarm/kagent-upstream/actions/runs/38009094294 on #346, a docs-only change (one ledger file under fork/carried/). The same test was one of the five of #205, fixed by #262; it flakes again after that fix. On this strict-base rebase line a red gvisor job forces a rerun and, once a merge lands ahead, a rebuilt pull request (#346 was rebuilt as #347).
Proposed solution
Read the failed run's log for the step that broke this time (the #205 failure was send A2A message: … stream closed because of a broken pipe) and make the test wait on the condition it needs rather than on time; if the cause is the runner, retry the A2A send inside the test as the other lifecycle tests do since #262.

- The cause of run 38009094294's failure is named in this issue.
