Selecting a tag on the list pages should update the URL #3197
Description
On a list page (queries, dashboards) when you select tags, it doesn't reflect in the URL. Making it impossible to share the current list you're viewing.
The desired behavior should be: the URL always reflects the current selection.

Hey @arikfr thanks for the redash support! I am looking to contribute a few improvements back that we have implemented on our side. When you get a chance can you take a look at #7905 which should resolve this issue.
